I’m a female founder, AI consultant, and startup and business coach with more than 15 years building startups and scale-ups. I’ve raised more than $15 million in venture funding across my startups.
My specialty is zero to one: taking a company from idea to customers, fast. I also help people recognize their own expertise and turn it into a startup, a small business, or a new venture inside their company. I have a particular gift for helping women see the value of what they know.
Before ETA, I co-founded one of the first AI-powered job marketplaces to match people on skills instead of job titles. That company was named to CNBC’s Upstart 100, VentureBeat’s Top 10 Startups Outside Silicon Valley, and Forbes’ Top 5 Startups to Watch.
Today I’m CEO and co-founder of the Enterprise Technology Association, which convenes more than 20,000 technology leaders each year through AI Week in eight U.S. cities.
